Covington’s Clive
Located at Fifth and Scott St. in Covington, KY, a 30-foot-tall alien sculpture named Clive has taken up residence in the Midtown Parking Garage. Created by local artist Marc Phelps of AlloyFX, Clive’s head and hand extend out of the structure, with a magnifying glass poised to inspect passersby. This fiberglass and Styrofoam installation offers an interactive, photo-worthy experience, encouraging visitors to snap selfies and share their “close encounters” with the hashtag #ClivetheAlien.
